Full payment for your trek/activity is due at the time of booking
CANCELLATION BY OFF THE BEATEN TREK SNOWDONIA
If in the unlikely event that I have to cancel your trek/activity Off The Beaten Trek Snowdonia will refund your payment in full
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
The client must inform Off The Beaten Trek Snowdonia by email if they wish to cancel their trek/activity
- 30 days or more notice a full refund will be given
- 21 to 29 days’ notice a 50% refund will be given
- 20 days or less notice unfortunately no refund will be given
I will endeavor to make your day out as safe as possible but you should be fully aware that there is a potential risk of injury or even death whilst in the mountains and fully understand and accept these risks when making a booking
Off The Beaten Trek Snowdonia has full public liability insurance but would recommend that you take out appropriate personal accident and cancellation insurance for your trek/activity
There may be occasions when we are unable to complete the trek/ activity due to adverse weather conditions. This decision lies solely with the Off The Beaten Trek Snowdonia mountain guide who’s clients safety is of paramount importance When making a booking the client accepts the decision of the guide on the day of their trek/activity.
CRIB GOCH (Snowdon Horseshoe)
This trek will only go ahead if there are safe conditions on the day e.g. No heavy rain or high winds. The decision whether this trek can go ahead can only be made a couple of days before after consulting the latest weather report and the client has to be fully aware at the time of booking that Off The Beaten Trek Snowdonia may have to cancel at short notice.
If this happens the following options are available
- A full refund will be given immediately
- An Alternative route on the day
- An Alternative date for the Snowdon Horseshoe can be arranged
CLIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
A client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian when booking a trek/activity.
